Inspectorate for Electronic Communications, Electronic Signature and Post is a constituent body of the Ministry of the Economy.
In accordance with Ministry of the Economy, the competence of Inspectorate, is charged to the legislation in the area of Post, Electronic communications and Electronic signatures.
The chief inspector heads and represents the Inspectorate. Inspectors operate within the limits of their powers and within the scope of inspection procedures organised for the individual administrative field.
Within this framework the Inspectors supervise the implementation of laws, regulations, and general acts that govern within its jurisdiction.
